1. Stand with the feet about 3 feet apart. Point the right foot out to the side.
2. Raise both arms parallel to the floor. Inhale and stretch out to the right, then exhale and lower the right arm to the right leg. Keep knees straight and hips squared forward. Left arm is straight and lowered to the left ear. Breathe deeply.
3. Inhale up. Reverse the position of the feet and repeat bending to the left side.
